📣 BREAKING NEWS 📣 Bank of Canada has delivered there second consecutive oversized rate cut and REDUCED their overnight rate by 50 basis points to 3.25%.

This is AMAZING news for all variable rate mortgage holders and line of credit holders as their rates MAY go down!

Remember - if you have a fixed Mortgage rate, this announcement does not impact you.
