📣 BREAKING NEWS 📣 Bank of Canada has REDUCED their overnight rate by 50 basis points to 3.75% which has resulted in a 0.50% decrease in the Prime Lending Rate to 5.95%.

This is AMAZING news for where our economy is headed! If you are a VARIABLE mortgage rate holder or line of credit holder then this is amazing news for you.

If you are a FIXED mortgage holder then this news does not directly impact you.
